I’m a slave to the robots that are my Trello board, and I love it. The next advantage I find is that it gives myself, as solo founder accountability that otherwise is difficult to come by. The main advantage is the ability to reduce cognitive load on my brain, allowing me to focus on other areas of the business (like contacting restaurant owners) while not forgetting the little details, like posting about the how crazy it is that paper bills and receipts can’t be recycled.
